Stakeholder Meeting on EPD’s Air Permit Fees

The Georgia EPD Air Protection Branch will host a stakeholder meeting to discuss rule changes for air permit fees. Rule changes under consideration include permit application fees, annual synthetic minor permit fees, annual NSPS fees, and an added annual maintenance fee for Title V sources. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public and impacted organizations about the proposed amendments to the Rules for Air Permit Fees (391-3-1-.03(9)) and to receive comments regarding the amendments.
